Select the appropriate level:
Books 1 $650 (late fee applies after 5/12)
Book 3 is $450 (late fee applies after 5/12)
Deposit to hold student's place is $70*


*A $70 deposit will hold your place, but a late penalty does apply.

Fees paid after May 12, 2008 will incur a $40 late penalty. Any refunds must be by written request to institute director.

Please check each of the following true statements:

I have completed the ECC class.
I have successfully submitted my audition video to SAA.
I have emailed/will bring a copy of my acceptance letter from SAA.

If for any reason your audition has not yet been submitted or is pending, please include a brief paragraph (in the space provided below) stating where you are in the process and be sure to include when you submitted or will submit your video audition. Note that SAA guidelines require video audition be submitted eight weeks prior to class, or by April 6th.
